On Air Presents is a hybrid creative studio and events company operating at the intersection of sound, story, and spectacle.

We create content that lives beyond the feed — immersive, collaborative, digital and IRL. From our flagship festival to global pop-ups and omnichannel campaigns, we transform fleeting attention into memorable moments.

Through our creative arm, On Air Studio we provide strategic and creative services for partners who want to move culture, not just follow it. Our History

On Air Fest was founded in 2017 by the creative agency work x work as a live celebration of storytelling and community. Over the years, the festival became a national stage for artists, podcasters, and creators, growing alongside podcasting’s explosive rise. Now, On Air Presents unites On Air Fest with the legacy of work x work under a single banner, evolving into a year-round cultural platform and creative studio. This new chapter keeps the same spirit of innovation while expanding into new mediums that shape the future of culture.

About the job

On Air Presents, the leading brand and storytelling agency, is looking for a strategic and creative marketer to lead audience development efforts across our clients’ podcast portfolios. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns for content or entertainment brands, is fluent in both digital and traditional marketing tactics, and knows how to grow and engage podcast listeners & viewers across both traditional RSS feeds and new and emerging video podcast platforms. In this role, the right candidate will integrate into our Strategy and Creative team by building organic and paid media plans in audio, digital, video and social media, forecasting performance, executing plans and reporting results.

That’s why we seek candidates with a strong analytical acumen, who are detail-oriented and passionate about the ever-evolving landscape. Our team sets itself apart by being both rigorous and experimental, and we are looking for team members who maintain that balance. More broadly, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about podcasting and beyond—a nimble creative professional who can excel in supporting marketing efforts across multiple formats with an adaptable, solutions-oriented mindset.


Responsibilities
• Oversee planning, reporting and campaign management of cross-channel podcast marketing campaigns
• Design and execute paid campaigns across audio (dynamic and host ads, feed drops, etc) and social media (Meta platforms, TikTok, YouTube)
• Help launch and optimize new YouTube channels for client podcasts (ie title SEO optimization, thumbnail recommendations, etc.)
• Cultivate long term relationships with networks and negotiate deals
• Organize and execute promo swaps with podcast networks and media partners
• Organize and execute marketing collaborations with independent creators, podcasts and networks
• Own and manage go-to-market strategies for new podcast launches and seasonal campaigns for existing shows
• Build audience profiles and identify growth opportunities
• Work in collaboration with our creative team on art and video assets
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to understand campaign success, make real-time optimizations, and inform clients of future strategies
• Manage day-to-day workflow, planning, timelines, and costs to ensure timely project delivery, while fostering client relationships throughout campaign development and execution
• Stay ahead of podcast marketing trends and innovations to help evolve guides, best practices and inspire creative


Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in podcast marketing, media planning, video and social media advertising
• Experience in a fast paced creative agency environment or media company
• Ability to gain insights from analytics and provide in depth reporting
• Demonstrated interest in podcasts and driving audiences
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Megaphone, Acast, Podroll, Swap.fm
• Fluency in workspace and project management apps such as Google Sheets and Slides, Microsoft Sharepoint, Monday
• Creative copywriting, account management, events marketing and/or direct sales experience a bonus
