Debbie Millman is a writer, designer, educator, and the force behind SVA’s Masters in Branding program. After spending twenty years shaping how some of the world’s biggest brands look and feel, and just as long hosting 'Design Matters', she brings this deep understanding of creativity as something you practice, refine, and ultimately use to build a life that feels like your own.
Neil - who’s basically dedicated his entire career to making astrophysics feel human, fun, and actually understandable - brought his signature mix of science, culture, and big-picture thinking, while Debbie grounded it all in design and storytelling.
He also casually mentioned that he probably owns more religious books than most people own science books—not because he’s religious, but because he feels it’s essential to understand the ideas and beliefs that shape how most people see the world.
